Federal State Budget Research Institution "Federal Research Center Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences" (IAP RAS)

" program and conducts research in the field of creating highly localized electromagnetic structures fields and the study of classical and quantum effects in the interaction of matter and quantum vacuum with such structures, and the development of devices for quantum information technology utilizing strong field of localization.
